He quickly ascended through the ranks of the organization, thriving in various roles including Director of Marketing, VP of Competitions and Identification (id2), General Manager of the National Premier Leagues (NPL) and most recently, VP of General Managers. In his positions, he had constant contact with leaders in the youth soccer world, from league executives, to club directors, administrators, and technology vendors.
